Client: Glassways
Sector: Residential & Commercial Glass and Glazing
Mission: Modernise a legacy website to reflect over 20 years of experience, strengthen credibility, and drive enquiries
Outcome: A clean, conversion-focused platform that positions Glassways as a trusted local operator — professional, experienced, and easy to engage.
Glassways is a New Zealand family-owned glass and glazing company with more than two decades of experience serving South, Central, and East Auckland.
From residential repairs through to complex commercial glazing, the business has built its reputation on reliability, technical skill, and long-term client relationships — particularly in commercial environments where trust and consistency matter.
The website needed to reflect that reality.
Glassways' existing website no longer matched the strength of the business behind it.
The services were broad, but not clearly structured.
The experience and credibility of the team weren’t coming through.
And while Glassways was well known locally, the digital presence didn’t support that reputation — or make it easy for new customers to take the next step.
This wasn’t a brand problem. It was a clarity problem.
RAZOR treated Glassways as a service operation, not a marketing exercise.
1. Rebuild the structure
We redesigned the site architecture to clearly separate residential and commercial services, supported by dedicated sub-service pages for key offerings such as balustrades, pool fencing, specialist glass, and repairs.
Users can now find what they need — fast — without wading through generic content.
2. Translate experience into confidence
Through clear, direct copywriting and a refined visual system, the site brings Glassways’ experience forward. Local ownership, longevity, and technical capability are communicated calmly — without sales pressure or hype.
3. Put people on the page
Professional photography was used to showcase the team, the work, and the environments they operate in. This wasn’t about polish for polish’s sake — it was about making the business feel real, present, and trustworthy.
4. Design for action
Strategically placed calls-to-action guide users toward contact, whether they’re homeowners needing quick repairs or commercial clients assessing capability for larger projects.
The new Glassways website now functions as a reliable front line for the business.

Glassways didn’t need reinvention. They needed representation.
RAZOR’s role was to bring structure, clarity, and confidence to the digital layer — ensuring the website reflects what customers already experience when they deal with the team in person.
Local.
Capable.
Dependable.
Mission complete.
